All bags are handmade, and each one is unique. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will provide a replacement or full refund.

Because every bag is handmade, I do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
